Some machine shops don't like to do work for consumers. Since most consumers come to us after they've looked for off-the-shelf solutions at various retail outlets, we see their requests as a chance to be creative.

For example, a man walked into our shop with a unique challenge. He owned an RV and wanted to tour the country with it. As many RV people do, he towed a small car behind the RV to drive around the areas he visited. But he also had a bike that he wanted to put on a rack attached to the car. He searched RV outfitters, hardware stores and a variety of machine shops. They all told him there was no such thing. And there wasn't, until we designed and built one.
